· Assure sites are properly stocked with test tools. And test tools are periodically calibrated per AT standards.

· Participate in the Factory Acceptance Testing in the lab and preparation of FAT plan.

Role Summary:

You will be predominantly responsible for leading Enterprise Technology Program and managing large-scale deployments of ServiceNow solutions programs. You will be self-motivated and passionate about client success, delivering exceptional customer outcomes, and building high-performing cohesive teams across multiple vendors and customer stakeholders.

You will have a flair for forming long-lasting, trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders, gaining their endorsement for high-quality delivery, acting as the primary customer contact for services, handling issues, and escalating as appropriate.

Main Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the management of overall engagement, including scheduling, resourcing, scope, and budget
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, program managers, business process owners, and enterprise architects
• Responsible for ensuring the customer is fully informed and updated on engagement progress and concerns, including scheduling, resourcing, issues, and risks/change requests.
• Managing engagements in compliance with the Enable Way methodology and updating engagement details, including resource plans, timelines, and financials
• Facilitating key stakeholder meetings, including regular steering committees with internal and customer teams, reporting on engagement progress, issues, risks, and budgets internally to practice directors, and contributing to issue resolution
• Leading client engagements, driving specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to be processed during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring technology design and solutions are aligned with business requirements.
• Produces high-quality customer documentation, including but not limited to workshop material, training material, and solution designs, with acute attention to detail

Qualifications & Certifications: (Nice to have)

• ServiceNow CSA, CIS ITSM + 1 other product CIS
• ServiceNow sales & presales accreditation in 2+ Product lines
• ITIL Foundation Certified
• Certified Scrum Master or PMP certification preferred

• Possesses deep experience in managing finished goods & spare parts logistics operations in SEAO region, especially in an outsourced 3rd party logistics (3PL) management environment
• Focuses on logistics and domestic distribution areas (including warehousing, inland transportation operations, home delivery & importation)
• Works closely with Subsidiaries’ logistics personnel to understand country-specific business requirements, logistics market trends, service and product offerings in the Consumer Electronics industry vertical
• Be responsible to analyze logistics cost data, identify areas of abnormality and ensure cost accuracy.
• Be responsible for identifying, analyzing and proposing process improvement initiatives and cost savings opportunities across Subsidiaries
• Implements all regional strategic initiatives and coordinates efforts with Subsidiaries’ logistics personnel in providing regional direction and project management support
• Be active in the role of consultancy and interaction with Suwon office and other regional counterparts in discussion and sharing of best practices in logistics operations.
• Due to business needs, to support translation (English to Korean) & prepare Korean reporting

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience with LE module in SAP or other major ERP suites
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills
• Demonstrate ability in auditing & resolving operational issues in an environment where logistics management is outsourced to a 3PL.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills – being persuasive and influential with stakeholders e.g. 3PL and/or subsidiaries logistics partners

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics or Supply chain
• Proven track record in logistics operations and demonstrated experience in dealing with supply chain projects
• Good understanding of supply chain, freight management and contract logistics processes
• Experiences in 3rd party logistics company or operational experiences preferred
• Due to regular business communication and reporting requirements with HQ, business level proficiency in both English and Korean language would be highly desirable
