What You Will Do

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials and supplies.
• Collaborates and communicates with customer service representatives, service providers and others involved in the shipment and received of products.
• Track, traces and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Promptly unloads and loads truck, sorts and unpack receivables and pack goods for delivery.
• Create sale orders for receiving and post good issue on orders for delivery in SAP system
• Maintain an accurate log sheet, scanning document and counting accurately.
• Support the Continuous Improvement programs and ACE Activities within the company

Qualifications You Must Have

• GCE”O” level, NITEC, or Diploma in Precision/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of incoming and outgoing aircraft component parts.
• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection of repairable parts components to ensure conformance to related documents and required repairs.
• Ensure parts are repaired according to the prescribed standards and procedures.

Description:

The role involves supporting leasing companies and airlines with delivering and redelivering lease aircraft.

• Records focal point for aircraft re/delivery
• Accomplish/oversee full aircraft records review for delease.
• Ensure technical accuracy of records.
• that return off-lease conditions are met.
• Deal with the lessee and lessor during the transition period.
• Training junior Aircraft Redelivery Engineers (Records)

Qualifications and Experience:

• 7+ years experience in the role of a technical record.
• Have experience in dealing with lessee and lessors.
• Held lead records role in aircraft transition projects.
• Experience dealing with Competent Authorities.
