Join our dynamic team as a People Services Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our employees throughout their lifecycle. You'll manage key HR functions, from immigration and work pass applications to recruitment and onboarding. The Opportunity
• Provide efficient support for staff inquiries on policies and procedures.
• Administer Singapore work pass and immigration processes.
• Produce key employment documents, ensuring all approvals are in place.
• Support recruitment operations and maintain onboarding administration.
• Update staff records and maintain compliance with legal requirements.

Is this role right for you?
• Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience, particularly in work pass processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and Singapore immigration regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to confidentiality.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• A client-focused approach with a passion for improving employee experience.
