Key Responsibilities:

· Perform molecular biology assays/experiments, including histology, western blotting, confocal microscopy, etc.

· Perform in vivo experiments, animal studies

· Provide support in data analysis

· Contribute to laboratory operations by basic laboratory housekeeping needs, proper functioning of equipment, and adhering to safety protocols

· Assist with procurement (purchasing equipment, materials and consumables)

· Assist with safety-related duties

· Collaborate effectively with the research teams to achieve overall research goals and objectives

Key competencies and requirements:

· Bachelor in Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in microbiology and molecular biology research

· Experience with animal experiments would be of benefit, but not essential

· Able to work independently and as a team player

· Able to work overtime and under pressure to meet possible tight datelines

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Preferably minimum 10-12 years of design, implementation, and operation experience, with good knowledge in cloud technologies and cloud security solutions, infrastructure and network design, servers and storage and virtualisation.
• Well versed in IT Service Management, Project Management and Vendor Management.
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organisational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Knowledge of IT best practices, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise with strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
