Independently deals with regulatory authority, class, vendors and clients with regards to comments or queries on commissioning deliverables and develops technical/engineering solutions to the issues raised.

Participates in meetings with the project team to review progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues where necessary based on the standard procedures, practices and lessons learnt from past projects to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly.

Perform duties as per directives of reporting authority.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on SP PowerGrid, PowerGas, and LTA projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-

2.) TO RECORD ACCOUNT RECEIVABLES, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, INVENTORY, PAYROLL, FIXED ASSETS AND ALL RELEVANT FINANCIAL REPORTS.

3.) TO ENSURE THE BUSINESS IS RUNNING SMOOTH FINANCIALLY, COMPLIANCE WITH IFRS STANDARD(RECEIVE UNQUALIFIED OPINION FROM THE AUDITORS), COMPANY POLICY AND PROVIDE HELP TO SHAREHOLDERS TO HAVE BIG PICTURE TO MAKE BETTER DECISION WITH FINANCIAL INFORMATION.
