Our client is a Real Estate Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Admin Officer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to all customer-related inquiries and provide timely updates to clients within a specified time frame.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth processes related to clearance and transactions.
• Monitor and manage key accounts and reports, ensuring accurate tracking of flagged issues.
• Support backend operations for customer loyalty and rewards programs.
• Handle various administrative tasks and provide assistance for ad-hoc projects as required.
