Key Responsibilities:

Evaluation

• Provide credit risk evaluation of credit applications submitted by the various business units and identify /address /mitigate all pertinent credit risk issues.

Client Delivery

IQ-EQ Fee Management

• Ensure our electronic time sheets are completed daily, and accurately for all hours worked and recording ad-hoc work completed for billing purposes

Systems

• Understand and use best practice on PFS Paxus (accounting platform)
• Understand and make best use of the functionality in our software when producing accounts

• Ensure Client database is up to date and accurate in PFS Paxus (contact changes completed within 24 hours of receipt) and Outlook databases for client related changes

Risk

• Ensure relevant procedures and checklists are adhered to by staff to minimise risk of errors
• Report any breaches, complaints or errors to Compliance officer promptly
• Ensure all error reports are completed for review by the Senior Accountant on the day an error is identified

Other

• Undertake any additional reasonable requests as deemed by the firm

Freshworks is looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven marketing leader to drive regional marketing in ASEAN. Reporting to the Senior Manage, this role will lead and implement our regional field marketing strategy for ASEAN countries - Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines. The role will also work closely with the General Manager (ASEAN) as well as regional sales leaders to drive pipelines.

We are looking for an experienced field marketer with SaaS / Cloud experience. The successful candidate is proficient in understanding the customer/prospect journey, and has robust experience in demand generation programs, pipeline creation, field events, campaigns, digital, and ABM.  The person will work closely with Business Development (BD) and Account Executive (AE) to drive alignment and leads follow-up & conversion.
 

• Lead regional marketing execution to drive pipeline growth and improve funnel conversion.

• Own strategy, development, and execution of demand generation programs, field events (owned and 3rd party) and webinars.  The person will collaborate cross functionally to drive email campaigns/nurtures, and digital marketing.

• Collaborate with sales, business development, and customer success leaders to ensure strong execution and results. 

• Own quarterly planning cycle with sales and functional teams for interlock, and alignment at QBR (Quarterly Business Review).

• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI and measure all marketing programs. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, investments, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with brand, campaigns, customer and product marketing teams to drive expansion within existing customer segments and identify opportunities for new business initiatives.

• Work with the product marketing team to develop insights and contents for field events (eg keynote slides, panel discussion questions).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and scripting tasks.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems management solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all shipments reach our store on time.
• Practice customer service when interacting with other companies and clients and see to it all external parties receive a positive interaction with the company
• Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to order and ensuring all goods are in acceptable condition
• Accurately package, label and weigh items to be shipped and ensure proper shipment method and shipping charges
• Work with team members to see that all documents are handled promptly, and goods are shipped and stored properly
• Ensure accurate data is captured in the transport management system (Des/ITM)
