The Account Manager serves as the main CMC contact/coordinator/interface to specified customers for commercial-related matters (price quotes), qualifications, sales calls, quality issues and technical information. 13. Act as the primary advocate for the customer into CMC.

Qualifications, Experience, Licenses, and Additional Information

• BS required; MBA preferred.

- Collaborate with Heads of Department (HODs) to plan and formulate training strategies, overseeing training needs analysis.

- Prepare training documents with input from HODs.

- Work with HODs to launch talent development initiatives and enhance the effectiveness of learning and training sessions.

- Manage training programs and collaborate with the regional office on the implementation of e-learning platforms (LMS).

- Supervise Employee Engagement and Communications.

- Open to undertaking additional responsibilities and projects as needed.

Pre-Requisites

Responsibilities

· Responsible for implementing ISP Algorithm into HW using Verilog, SystemVerilog and/or SystemC (High Level Synthesis)

· Define ISP HW Architecture based on product features and performance requirements, also with gate count and power estimation

· Verify Logic at ISP level and Digital System level

About the role

Manages team of primarily entry and intermediate professionals or team leaders of Technical / Business Support or Production / Maintenance employees, with flexibility to determine how assignments are completed (e.g., objectives and approaches to completing work). Supervises a team of Field Service professionals or supervisors of Field Service Technicians. Manages day-to-day priorities in solving client issues received by the team.
