Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in accounting system (Xero) and use of Microsoft office
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working knowledge and experience

Role and Responsibility

• Account receivable/ payable, validate involces and prepare payment
• Reconcile monthly banking statements with invoices, payment vouchers
• Perform daily finance transactions and functions, (AP, AR, GL, Bank reconciliation etc) in accounting software to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
• Ensure accounting operations are carried out in accordance with internal accounting procedures
• To maintain a filing system of accounting record with proper supporting documents, verifying and posting accounting transactions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Fixed assets management
• prepare quarterly GST submissions
• assist in preparing audit report
• Manage Project account, registry, sales, subcontractor payment
• Manage and organise course/event registration, payment collection and administrative function
• Procurement of good and services for the company
• assist in daily operational tasks or any other tasks that maybe assigned by the management.

Job Description

• Ensure on time processing & delivery of customer’s orders to meet company’s target.
• Ability to communicate with internal parties including Warehouse, Planning, QA and Production floor on daily shipment issues
• Ensure cleanliness / 5S in the warehouse area
• Initiate / improve current Process Improvement and productivity measures on quarterly basis
• Plan and schedule daily kitting of Work Orders / Sales Order to support production and overseas customers
• Other ad hoc administrative duties
• Perform any other duty as assigned by Superior.

Requirements

• NITEC/ A Level / Diploma in SCM or Logistics – Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
• Knowledge in courier booking (Fedex, DHL & UPS)

As a Design Engineer, you will:

Responsible for the creation of tooling concepts and the design of plastics injection mold, detailing high-performance molds in 3D.

The key responsibilities are as below:

• Design projects from concept thru final details
• Interacting with customers – conference calls to on-site design reviews
• Working with the shop to distribute and communicate the requirements of the project
• Participate in the First-Off Tool review and assess the suitability of the tool for production
• Report to upper management
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation plan
• Travel internationally to customer or supplier sites as projects require
• Resolving out-of-spec issues
• Be required to mentor and develop junior engineers as necessary
• Perform any other duties assigned

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing and/or any relevant engineering discipline with 7 years of relevant working experience
• Expertise in 3D modeling and knowledge in GD&T
• Experience in with evaluating and analyzing tooling issue
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Unigraphics
• Familiar with Design for Manufacture (DFM) who able to develop complex designs to the point of manufacture and release to production
• Knowing the manufacturing processes and has the knowledge in plastics and elastomers
• Experience in unscrewing, multi-shot, stack and high tolerance moulds, including mechanical design
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, including effective presentation of complex data

• Flexible attitude towards work and eager to learn new skills
• Must be willing to work overtime as required
