Job Summary:As a Deskside Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level helpdesk and onsite support to users and VIPs, ensuring seamless operation of desktops, notebooks, mobile devices, peripherals, video conferencing, and audio-conferencing equipment. Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and processes, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements.

• Research and analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate and convey information concisely.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
