Job summary
We are seeking a Project Manager in Singapore to join our team. This role will perform engineering assignments to ensure the effective and efficient management and delivery of engineering related projects. You will be responsible for project delivery process and result, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction. This will be a key role in our Project Management team and will closely collaborate with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
•Provide leadership, guidance and support to project operations globally
•In charge of project delivery and management as a team leader
•Full ownership and accountability of performance (Budget, Schedule, Result) of assigned projects
•Main point of contact for contract responsibility
•Responsible for liaising with suppliers and contractors for project related matters
•Coordinate site installation requests, receive instructions, understand demands, and attend meetings with customers
•Attend and support meetings with stakeholders when required
•Create and submit project related reports under agreement with customer
•Improve customer satisfaction via excellent project delivery and support
•Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with the approved program and methodology
•Manage good relationship with customer, contractors, and suppliers
•Coordinate with engineering team for front-end and back-end related works
•Ensure projects are done in accordance with project scope and plan
•Take care of P&L of projects and generate internal report
•Collaborate with internal teams to drive the operational & functional excellence with capability building to achieve business goals & targets
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Mechanical, EEE, or related field
•Minimum of 3 years of extensive experience as a Project Manager of Electrical/Mechanical/IT/Software or equivalent
•Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit drawings, along with M&E Design Documents, and estimation software
•Proven track record in delivery the strong results with accountability
•Proficient in Jira and Microsoft Office Suite
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and dealing with external customers and stakeholders
•Experience in Data Centre Operations and Maintenance or Controls/Building automation industry is preferred
•Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification will be a plus
