Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, ICT Executive Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected, you will work closely with the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in MOE School (nearest MRT- Redhill) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
ICT Support
• Support HOD ICT in handling day-to-day ICT services.
• Support HOD ICT in ICT Project implementation, vendors’ management and contracts management for MOE and school initiated projects.
• Assist HOD ICT in ensuring MOE policies, guidelines and standards are adhered.
• Manage the update and design of School website (IsomerCMS/WordPress/Swiiit).
• Assist and be involved in the preliminary checks and documentations required for the evaluation of AV and ICT devices and applications as well as requesting for quotations.
• Support the HOD ICT on gathering the ICT needs of the school and principal. Including the propose of solutions that meet the requirements of school.
• Assist HOD ICT in coordinating and updating school’s ICT Asset Management and loan of equipment.
• Preparation of ITQ specifications and necessary documentation.
• Prepare relevant ICT documentations and guidelines.
• Assist teachers (If DE is not available) for technical problems such as troubleshooting PC, Printer, LAN connection problems.
• Proficient with different O/S computing platforms.
ICT Training
• Conduct Just-In-Time (JIT) ICT Training / Workshop for staff, as required with the school’s needs.
• Conduct ICT Training / Workshop for students, as required with the school’s needs.
• Conceptualise and prepare training materials (of relevance to the Training / Workshop) for staff.
• Create multimedia content/ modules for ICT lessons based on HOD ICT instructions.
• Infuse Digital Literacy in the design of the Teaching & Learning curriculum for students.
• Organize multimedia contents for ICT lessons based on MOE ICT Standards
• Assist the HOD ICT in sourcing and liaising with ICT vendors/contractors for ICT Equipment and Services based on the school’s requirements, relative to ICT support and training.
• Organize and conduct ICT Training / Awareness and Usage
Briefings for school staff on ICT implementations.
• Scan and implement new technology tools that support teaching and learning.
Other Duties
• Take photos and videos during important school activities / functions. Preferably proficient with Full frame DSLR Camera.
• Coordinate and oversee daily AVA setup for school.
• Able to film and create videos for school events
• Able to do video live-stream for major school events
• Perform any other duties assigned by P / VP / HOD ICT.
Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience as ICT Executive, preferably in a Singapore Primary School environment.
• In implementing ICT Projects (Eg. developing learning trails with the teachers), preferably in a primary school environment.
• As a Web Master, able to edit images, articles and updating School Website using WordPress or equivalent CMS (Content Management Service).
• In manning the AV sound system for daily morning assembly and school events.
• In developing training materials and conducting ICT/ Lesson
Training for students
• Has prior experience in doing ICT Asset Inventory, Seat refresh and any other administrative work related to ICT Department.
• Prior experience in conducting briefings / trainings to in-house staff for ICT or AVA related implementation.
• Good IT & Technical knowledge. Relevant background in IT field would be preferred.
• Be proficient in video editing software for iOS and/or Mac environment.
• Able to live stream for school events
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Good planning, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably able to be a team player (referenced by staff members of school – previous and/or existing).
• Able to physically move IT equipment and logistics and set-up at required locations.
Summary:
Contract Period: From 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
Working Hours:
• Mondays – Fridays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public Holidays.
LOCATION: Redhill
