We are seeking experienced engineers to join our Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) team!

The role will involve:

1. Conversant in design of M&E Systems.
2. Project management during all stages of a projects: Feasibility & Budgetary Planning, Concept, Schematic, Detail Design, Authority Submissions, Tender, Construction, Testing & Commissioning, Defects Liability Period.
3. Provide leadership to a small team of engineers.
4. Ensure all engineering works and calculations are carried out in compliance with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and Code of Practices.
5. Review shop drawings, installation method statements and product samples submitted by contractors.
6. Effective communication with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Approving Authorities and all relevant stakeholders to ensure the project is monitored and executed successfully till its completion.
7. Assist in site inspection to ensure compliance to design, specifications and authority requirements.

The prospective candidates are expected to have:

1. Degree/Masters in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Building Services preferably from a University recognised by Professional Engineers Board in Singapore or Malaysia.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in engineering consultancy.

Handle full-set accounts (AP, AR, GL) by using Quick Book

Perform accouts closing in monthly/Quarterly/Yearly basis on time and accurate

Ensure compliance with accounting laws and Standard Operation Practices;

Prepare detailed Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet

Prepare bank reconciliations

Prepare audit schedules for auditors

- Sorting accounting documents

- Email queries to client and follow up

Provide adminstrative supprot to manager when business is required

Job Requirements:

LCCI Level 3 / Diploma in accounting would be an advantage

Able to work independently

At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in keeping full set accounts

Requirements:
