RESPONSIBILITIES

BW Group is seeking an SOX Executive to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and controls, including identifying control design gaps and testing operating effectiveness of controls. The HR BPO Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of outsourced HR services to clients, ensuring that HR processes like payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance are efficiently managed. Payroll Management

- Process monthly payroll for clients, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, CPF contributions, income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and other statutory submissions.

- Ensure payroll records are compliant with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other local regulatory bodies.

- Handle payroll queries from clients and employees, providing accurate and timely responses.

Recruitment Support

- Assist in managing outsourced recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and interviewing, as well as coordination.
