The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Post Fixtures activities and reports to the Manager (Operations). Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource & Administration Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the overall Human Resource and administrative functions of the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluations, policy and handbook development, and day-to-day administrative operations. The successful candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing
• Draft generic employment related contracts
• Handle recruitment and employee onboarding
• Manage the performance appraisal process
• Design and create learning resources / training materials
• Handle internal talent acquisition
• Administer work pass application, renewal etc.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and other relevant statutory requirements
• Handle General Administrative Duties
• Provide support to the various departments
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or Business - related fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Staffing / Recruitment industry will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skill
• A team player and has a good command of the English language
• Good knowledge of labour legislation (employment contracts, leaves and insurance)
• Proficient in MS Office programs and payroll software

The Role

You will be reporting to the Finance manager and responsibilities include AP and AR scope up to closing of accounts. Activities consist of posting of journal entries, reviewing of expenses, processing of payments, performing reconciliations, preparing schedules and financial reports.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess Post Graduate Diploma or a Diploma in Accountancy with min 3 years experience in managing full set of accounts-preferable.

Responsibilities:

o Liaise with agents/depots for tank details, schedules, movements, and updates

o Keep track of tank leasing (on-hire/off-hire status) and detention matters

o Monitor and liaise with vendors on tank movements for reposition units

o Liaise and clarify with agents on detention billing

o Any ad-hoc duties assigned by department head

Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies/Logistics of shipping discipline with 1 to 2 years experience
