Working for Financial service organization, you will be responsible for managing Financial and Tax function

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial aspects which includes financial closing, financial reporting preparation and submission
• Manage tax related aspects for the organization, including working with tax agents for submission
• Ensuring compliance to regulatory and legal requirements
• Provide regular financial and management reports to senior managers
• Manage corporate planning initiatives
• Liase with auditor and supporting internal and external audit

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with min 10 years of experience
• Good knowledge of various aspects of finance and corporate function which includes management reporting, financial reporting, contracts and HR
• Good knowledge of IFRS/SFRS and Singapore Tax and GST regulations
• Prior working experience in audit or public accounting will be a plus
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced MS Excel skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:.

• Compiling annual market analysis:

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• BS/MS degree in Engineering studies
• Mininally 10 years in semiconductor packaging will be advantageous
• 5 years in wire-bonding process engineering will be advantageous.
• Familiar with all aspects of wire-bonding processes
• Ability for frequent international travel

• Overall responsible for tender submission for M&E works from interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant document.
• Handle tender clarifications, investigation of clarification response by communicating with relevant stakeholders.
• Support in preparation of presentation slide, technical write up for tender interview.
• Offer Value Engineering solution for MEP works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
