• Rehearsals: Oversee rehearsals, take notes on cues and changes, and communicate with the cast and crew.
• Communication: Act as the primary contact between the director, cast, and crew; distribute schedules and notes.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with the technical crew on lighting, sound, and set changes; conduct technical rehearsals.
• Performance Management: Manage backstage during performances, call cues, and handle emergencies.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the quantity surveying team in contract administration to ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

· Lead contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors to achieve favourable pricing and terms.

· Participate in project tender processes while leading the team in tabulating quantities and pricing.

· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.

· Prepare and monitor project budgets; track changes in construction specifications, design and works; manage variations and adjust budget projections accordingly.

· Administer progress claims, back-charges, variation orders, indemnity warranties, final accounts, and collections.

· Execute acurate and timely management reporting.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction / Civil Engineering.

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying or contract administration in a similar role within the construction industry, with at least 4 years working for a main contractor being advantageous.

· Strong understanding of construction contracts with good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

· Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD.

· Meticulous and analytical with excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills.

Your ‘day to day’

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for driving process excellence initiatives, cashflow planning and management, ensuring implementation of internal controls framework, adherence to regulatory guidelines.

More specifically, you'll

• Ensure business processes align with needs of new markets through partnerships with consultants
• Ensure implementation and adherence to internal controls frameworks impacting organization profitability, customer & supplier experience
• Ensure real-time financial statements like balance sheet, P&L accounts, cash flow statements, and income statements are available for business decision making
• Coordinate financial activities to ensure effective protection of the company assets value through established internal controls and accounting procedures
• Evaluate strength and thoroughness of compliance preparations, security policies and risk management procedures
• And all of these with exposure to multiple markets in South East Asia and exposure to working with folks from multiple cultures

Who we’re looking for

• CPA + MBA from premier institutes (preferred) or equivalent skills through demonstrated experience.
• Substantial experience in finance function and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of logistics industry is an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
