Position Purpose

Financial Security Compliance Officer (Associate or AVP Grade) Singapore is part of Financial Security team responsible for the prevention of money laundering, the fight against terrorist financing, for economic sanctions compliance. Singapore Financial Security Compliance Officer, Sanctions is involved in the process to limit the exposure of the Bank to risks associated with violations of sanctions and to ensure the Bank must comply with applicable sanctions regulations.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Keep updated on OFAC sanctions programs, UNSC, EU and local sanctions measures and applications.

• Keep updated on developments on sanctions, embargoes and related Sanctions laws and regulations as well as group policies and procedures.

• Provide sanctions advisory to business lines and functions.

• Perform Level 3 alert control clearance process and all related matters in accordance with policies and procedures, including without limitation:

- review and analyze transaction alerts escalated by Level 2, trade operations;

- conduct appropriate enhanced due diligence and ensure proper clearance of such transaction alerts in accordance with prevailing AML & sanctions regulations and policies; and

- Ensure proper escalation of transaction alerts to Country and/or Regional Compliance where appropriate.

- Provide advisory support on Level 3 framework and all related matters.

• Implement sanctions monitoring standards in line with Head office and Regional policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Coordinate and assist in the list management process and dashboard reporting.

• Manage and coordinate all queries and matters related to alerts process.

• Coordinate and assist in the testing, implementation and maintenance of related sanctions tools and systems.

Contributing Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient framework for the identification and clearance of sanction alerts.

• Provide appropriate guidance to new joiners, businesses and functions to enhance sanctions risk awareness.

• Coordinate and participate in ad hoc projects, risk assessment and audit / regulatory inspections.

• Generally provide support into the Head of Financial Security KYC Singapore.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Must have relevant AML & Sanctions Compliance experience.

• Good general knowledge of the international financial sanctions laws and regulations in an international financial institution or a regulatory body in Asia Pacific is preferred.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills, a flexible, collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem-solving and an ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

The Team:

Account Managers are one of three positions across the Client Success department - Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, and Client Success Representatives. Each role serves as an integral element of support across the Client Services organization, working to build and maintain strong, long term client relationships, through seamless Onboarding, Account Management, Product Support, and Managed Services Operations.

The Role:

Account managers are responsible for the end-to-end client experience for the book of clients assigned to them. They are the ultimate owners of the client and responsible for their outcomes. They are both client experts and Enfusion experts to champion their client’s success at Enfusion. Account managers will work closely with client onboarding, product support and technology to deliver value-added solutions and a world-class experience for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure client’s BAU activities are in good order and all commitments and deliverables are being met by maintaining and reviewing daily client dashboards and closely monitoring open issues
• Manage and maintain client profile details in a centralized CRM tool which includes AUM, strategy, assets traded, end-to-end functions utilized, key stakeholders and third-party relationships
• Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert for any client issues ensuring accurate, organized and timely resolution
• Work closely with client onboarding, product support and technology teams to deliver cohesive solutions that follow industry and system best practices
• Provide consultation on workflows and identify potential opportunities to expand relationship
• Proactively monitor client health via scorecards and develop remediation plans when necessary
• Conduct quarterly meetings with clients to obtain feedback on overall satisfaction
• Ensure clients are successful in meeting their goals with Enfusion and are in a referenceable state

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience (preferably at buy-side, sell-side, admin or competitor) or 3+ years of Enfusion platform experience
• Bachelor’s degree required - Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Math or related fields is preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations

Key Responsibilities:

· Reach out to customers through calls and email to remind customers to regularize their accounts.

· Arrange site visits to clients’ business premise to establish business presence and payment reminder.

· Able to achieve daily productivity in terms of call attempts, contacts and promise to pay by customers

· Provide customer with clear and accurate information including outstanding balance, due amount and due date.

· Maintain and update all dunning and site visit records factually and timely into collections system

The Opportunity

The Technical Account Director (TAD) is accountable for the technical health and success of Adobe's largest customers using Adobe’s Digital Experience Solutions. We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Key Account Manager for one of our shipping clients. He/She will manage and execute commercial activities globally and will have exposure to work with reputable international brands. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of working experience in commercial roles for the ocean-freight services, with strong leadership, negotiation, communication skills and with a keen interest in providing optimal customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and develop assigned customer accounts, implementing effective commercial strategies in alignment with company goals.

· Actively engage with customers and participate in strategic discussions both internally and externally, schedule Quarterly Business Reviews and face-to-face meetings. Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.

· Monitor the progress of customer accounts and identify new potential customers or segments for development, aligning with the company's overall strategy and direction.

· Collaborate with Regional Offices (ROs) and relevant stakeholders to secure backhaul cargo and expand the company's footprint with International Freight Forwarders (IFF) and Beneficial Cargo Owners (BCO).

· Stay informed about customer needs and market trends to generate market intelligence for strategic and tactical decision-making.

· Manage high-visibility accounts requiring headquarters-level oversight, specifically in the BCO and IFF segments.

· Develop long-term and tactical strategies to actively drive account performance.

· Contribute to the tender management process, contract reviews, data library compilation, and participate in relevant workshops or projects.

· Foster a culture of innovation and ownership for managed accounts.

· Serve as Acting Deputy in the absence of the Senior Manager, providing backup support.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

· Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or the logistics industry

· Proven success in business and account development

· A proactive and assertive approach with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced organization.

· Must be able to work well as part of a team and independently.

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft software (eg. PowerPoint, Words, Excel, etc), CRM, etc.
