Job Description

· Responsible for full set of accounts for the company.

· Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.

· Handle intercompany billings.

· Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

· Input and process daily bank transactions.

· Handle petty cash claims.

· Review and input staff claims.

· Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and intercompany confirmations.

· Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

· Prepare GST submission.

· Prepare required schedules/reports for yearly audit and tax purposes.

· Liaise with auditors and respond to queries.

· Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

· Assist in the preparation of Group Consolidation reports.

· Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy/Finance

· At least 7 - 8 years of full sets of accounts experience

· Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage

• Salary: Basic from $2800 - $3500 + AWS + VB

Job Scope:

• To plan and analyse customers’ OTB budget and liaise with customers on merchandising plan and ensure that it is aligned with the brand’s growth strategies and direction
• Stock Management – Work closely with customers to manage stocks in retail stores and warehouse, stock forecasting & allocation/ order and monitoring of incoming shipments and sales sell-in or out volume
• Support and plan execution of in-season activities with customers which include repeat orders, markdowns & stock consolidation
• Undertake tactical actions to hit KPIs which include sales target, sell in, sell through, and achieve optimal inventory level closing stocks
• Coordinating with internal team and customers on shipment delivery, payment, defective claim, returns, report generation etc
• Work closely with Marketing team to support brand and visual merchandising direction to customers
• Able to constantly monitor customers’ stores to ensure in-store excellence
• Assist in forecast profits/sales and yearly budgets planning
