Job Description & Requirement

• Responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
• Computing and verification of expenses, claims, allowances, overtime and other staff payments etc.
• Verify customer refund request on weekly basis.
• General administration duties including documentation, filing of contract, updating database etc
• Able to speak English and Mandrian (in order to liase with Mandarin Speaking only counterpart)
• Receive phone call and direct to respectives sales manager.
• Able to follow up and manage walk-in customers well.
• Monitoring and updating administrative work using systems and good Microsoft excel skills.
• Create bank transfer and customer refund
• Replying E-mails and data keying.
• Counting of cash money received on daily basis.
• Receive goods and help keep track of inventory.
• Checking and buying of pantry items, stationeries
• Other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned
• Full Time 5-days working week.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process payment for suppliers within credit term
• Perform monthly supplier statement of accounts reconciliation

Rosalind Dx is seeking a talented Research Officer/Scientist to join our R&D team. The candidate will be an early employee in a venture-backed startup, help establish our laboratory, and generate high quality molecular biology data.

Applicants with a background in Biomedical Science or related fields are invited to apply. Experience with PCR assay design is highly desirable, though not essential. Job Responsibilities

• Design and perform molecular biology experiments including enzymatic workflows, qPCR and digital PCR
• Perform data interpretation and analysis
• Present findings at team meetings
• Contribute to data packages for stakeholder updates
• Maintain updated and accurate records of experiments according to company protocols
• Assist with lab inventory maintenance
• Attend fortnightly meetings with US team (eg. 6AM) as reasonably required

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Input shipment data and prepare invoices into the Kewill Enterprise Forwarding (KEF) system.
• Liase with consignees and appointed forwarders for shipment arrangement (shipment arrival, charges, documents)
• Collect and arrange payment with consignees, forwarder and terminal.
• Submit manifests within 7 days of shipment arrival and ensure accurate Tradenet declarations.
• Issue delivery orders, confirm delivery addresses, and arrange deliveries with the Traffice Section.
• Hand over completed jobs to the accounting department for monthly accounts closing.
• Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.

Requirements:

• Min GCE O level and above

We are seeking a full-time Research Assistant to join the team. The selected candidate will work across research projects, with the primary responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

• Perform data management including data cleaning, quality and consistency checks, and preparation of codebooks.
• Work with other researchers on interpreting and analysing quantitative data.
• Contribute to preparation of reports, policy and research briefs, presentations, and research papers.
• Conduct follow-up assessments of study participants over the phone.
• Support other project management tasks.
• Assist with other initiatives at CARE where required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Epidemiology, Gerontology, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, or other related disciplines.
• Prior work experience in quantitative data analysis will be advantageous.
