In this role, you’re expected to:

• Responsible to perform independent Client Onboarding KYC due diligence functions of new and existing clients across a variety of teams including private bankers, operations and compliance.
• To review clients' profiles and work with banker team to fulfill onboarding requirement, full compliance of Bank’s AML/KYC standards, local laws and regulations.
• Perform Client Name Screening disposition, Sanctions review and Enhanced Due Diligence.
• Identify and highlight suspicious money laundering activities, deficiencies and other non-compliance issues to management.
• Establishes and maintains close working relationship with client, stakeholder and within team to facilitate an open and direct communication of issues, needs, queries and system setups, in such that these may be responded to in an efficient, prompt and professional manner.
• Responsible for various types of project management, process and policy changes, new initiatives and managing cross-functional relationships with all teams. Analyzes complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact in the team.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 3-6 years of experience in KYC/AML process, compliance, operations, risk & control functions

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Company conducts its business in full compliance with all national and international laws and regulations and the Group’s internal guidelines and standards that are relevant to its industry
• Monitor the commodity trading activities on an ongoing basis to ensure that risk levels are within acceptable limits.
• Generate regular reports to provide insights into the current risk exposure, and any deviations from established risk thresholds
• Develop risk management strategies and monitor the Company’s overall trading and hedging exposure
• Reconcile the monthly risk report with information received from front office and accounting
• Establish professional standards, best business practices, and internal systems of control
• Communicate and report risk management related issues to the Group

• Develop and regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risk
• Perform periodic reviews to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls measures of the Company
• Create and manage effective corrective/preventive action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations
• Undertake special projects, ad-hoc audits, process reviews, fraud investigation or similar on request
• Ensure compliance with national and multi-national sanctions programs and anti-money laundering regulations

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least a Degree in Business (Economic & Finance)
• Candidate must have Minimum 3 years of risk management experience, ideally with commodities trading companies
• Candidate must Have knowledge and good understanding about physical commodity trading (especially metals), including incoterms, different payment terms, risk mitigation measures for international trade
• Candidate must have Sharp business acumen (including ability to assess risk and appropriate levels of return), excellent interpersonal skills and multi cultural awareness and sensitivity.

We're currently hiring for Admin Officer to join our team in Singapore! The ideal candidate has at least 1 years of successful working experience (Medical Industry is a plus!) We offer competitive remuneration package and good career progression opportunities.

As a Sales Admin Support Officer, depending on your assigned department, some of your additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

In this role you will:

· Manage day-to-day sales operation.

· Effectively carry out daily sales processes: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing & etc.

· Professionally handling of inquiries and provide excellent support to customer.

· Maintaining good relationship with new/existing customers

· Provide administrative support to the sales team.

· Work closely and effectively with the various team to manage pre- and post-sales support services.

· Perform general administrative/co-ordination duties as needed by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

· Computer skill such as MS Office.

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
