• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA Diploma in Compliance, etc.) is a plus.

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in compliance within the financial services industry, specifically in MAS-regulated entities dealing with futures and leverage FX.

• Comprehensive knowledge of MAS regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to capital markets, futures, and leverage FX.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.

• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ethical conduct and integrity, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Manage Accounts, ensuring customer receive services within their budgets and that they meet the requirements.
• Develops new applications by preparing specifications; conferring with product engineering and IT departments to ensure smooth implementation.
• Determine new business opportunities for increases in income, diversification of sources and strengthening the market position.
• All job-related activities should be reported and recorded in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, or relevant field with minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience
• Experience in account servicing and strong client management.

Responsibilities:

• Keep accurate records of the Company’s financial transactions
• Manage full set of accounts with financial reports, profits & loss, and balance sheets for the group companies
• Assist in managing accounting matters such as budget preparations, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable/accounts payable.
• Participate in audit preparations by coordinating with auditors for financial statements and other finance-related documents in order to comply with accounting and tax legal requirements.
• Support the Finance Manager in preparing for future IPO projects
