This is what you’ll do:

• Product costing and inventory management, responsible for inventory and COGS accounting (standard cost variance report, efficiency report etc).
• Setting standard costs of manufactured goods and implement product costing in SAP B1
• Streamlining work processes within the Finance Department to improve productivity and effectiveness
• Month end, year end accounts closing & financial reporting
• Ensure compliance of various business/operating units to conform to corporate governance, group reporting policies and statutory regulations
• Prepare monthly related financial reports, analysis of actual results & budget variances & management reports.
• Annual budgeting and financial forecast
• Liaison with auditors/tax agent on year end audit
• Any ad-hoc assignments and projects

Our dream candidate

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience with exposure to a wide range of costing, inventory management, finance and accounting responsibilities, including one at accountant level
• Manufacturing exposure
• Strong in financial accounting and internal control system and is technically competent
• Well organized and structured thought process
• Meticulous with attention to details
• Good report writing and communication skills
• Strong planning skills to support dynamic business requirements and to meet tight reporting deadline
• Ability to motivate and coach team members

• Working experience and comprehensive understanding of ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP B1 ERP system, WMS would be an advantage

Positon: Accounts Payable Accountant

Location: Central

Salary: Up to $3700

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify and ensure the completeness of invoices and supporting documents from creditors and customers' security deposit refunds.
• Enter creditor invoices and security deposit refunds into the Accounting System.
• Process approved creditor invoices and security deposit refunds for payment.
• Prepare payments in the bank portal.
• Handle inquiries from creditors and customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments on invoice matters.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and drafting audited financial statements.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as needed.

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong team-player with meticulous attention to detail.

Position: General Ledger Accountant

Location: Central

Salary: Up to $4500

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and facilitate the timely closing of accounts.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc journal entries for monthly closing processes.
• Conduct fixed asset depreciation and amortization runs and maintain schedules.
• Reconcile fixed assets, conduct taggings/sightings where applicable.
• Handle intercompany transactions/entries and perform bank reconciliations, including accounting for bank charges.
• Compute and prepare management fees and tax provisions.
• Prepare and maintain audit schedules, including staff reimbursement transactions/entries.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
