RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead business process project relate to QAD ERP and its related applications
• Provide IT Technical Leadership on QAD ERP application including QAD module on integrations, interface, reporting and system availability
• Develop interfacing module between corporate Sourcing systems with QAD

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or other related technical discipline.
• 3-7 years experiences in implementing or supporting ERP Solution in Manufacturing environment. QAD/MFG Pro is desirable.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix Operating system and good understanding of Database support.
• Hands-on experience in coding (Progress, Phyton, Visual Basic, Microsoft Access etc)
• Good knowledge about Network and Infrastructure

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Risk Assessments, Audit and Regulatory Management

• Facilitate and drive Technology related audit engagements with statutory auditor and regulator, following up with relevant parties to ensure all issues identified are remediated
• Facilitate and drive annual IT risk and control self-assessment exercises according to MAS regulatory notices/guidelines, internal enterprise IT policies, and standards
• Coordinate independent reviews of the entities’ compliance against various information security and technology risk regulations such as MAS TRM Guidelines, MAS 132 Notice on Cyber Hygiene and MAS 127 Notice on TRM for AIA Singapore, as well as Brunei technology risk regulations for AIA Brunei.
• Support in the divisions’ risk and controls assessment exercises, as well as quarterly internal controls for financial reporting controls assessments
• Support the assurance initiatives under the First Line of Defense to uplift the technology and cyber controls landscape for the Company

Information Security & Technology Risk Metrics

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for proactive collaboration with customer and key internal business partners within the Global Payroll organization. This role is responsible for supporting APAC/CEMEA Region to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and laws. The Payroll Analyst role requires independent thinking and actions in creating payroll metrics, checklists and spearheading payroll projects. Knowledge of APAC/CEMEA payroll legislation, experience with internal and external audits, statutory and government agencies regulations are important. The individual must be able to creatively think of ways to connect and combine large volumes of data from a variety of sources, create impactful dashboards, interact, filter and mine data to share insights and ensure an accurate and compliant payroll. • Provide analysis using sophisticated data sets to understand underlying profitability, potential growth opportunities, considering FX, market, cost changes and other impacts
• Ability to critically analyse and evaluate data at a macro level to provide insight and advice to the partnership
• Ability to understand the wider business issues and to develop new ideas which will add value, based on a full understanding of the firm's critical success factors
• Delivery, design, and preparation of financial presentations and one off financial analyses as required to support the regional CFOs
• Build strong trusted advisor relationships with Partners and senior business stakeholders
• Adhoc support to ASEAN CFO at regional and local levels

Qualifications and work experience

• Qualified Accountant
• Five or more years’ experience in professional service industry
