Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate work across multiple discipline of IT which includes, technical team, Applications, Project Managers and Architects;
• Involved in supporting the Infrastructure delivery services across Asia Region;
• Support the build function by ensuring execution of the major project changes;
• Responsible for the run and change initiatives by partnering with the production and application development teams to meet the SLA for Infrastructure readiness;

JOB CONTENT:

• Conduct regular account reviews with assigned Asia Sales Management to review key performing indicators, ensure proper account qualification, coverage, strategy and assignments in order to maximize revenue.
• Responsible for working with assigned Asia Sales Management to ensure their activities are aligned with corporate strategy.

• Perform AML monitoring/review on Trade post-transaction files.
• Review/investigate Trade manual screening alerts and red flag escalated by trade processing team for potential sanction violations in accordance with SMBC policies.
