We are looking for a Senior Accountant, Corporate Accounting SEA&I (Southeast Asia and India) who will be part of the SEA&I Record-to-Report team to ensure complete, accurate and timely financial reporting and maintain an effective internal control environment.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will ensure timely and accurate month-end closing across SEA&I territory and will drive continuous improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the team’s accounting and financial reporting processes. What’s the Role?

Account Payable

• Ensure vendor invoices are correctly matched against issued PO.
• Ensure vendor invoices are complete before payment.

AR Receivable

• Ensure Invoices are correctly billed.
• Generate RMA, Debit Note and Credit Note to customers.
• Update receipts from customers.

GL and Reports

• Update bank book and prepare monthly reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory.
