• Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients, and ensure statutory books are in order and updated for the company’s portfolio of clients.
• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties, including the incorporation of new legal entities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act and other relevant laws
• Liaise with, advise clients, and prepare the necessary documents on entity formation, entity statutory administration, work passes, and other related matters

• Assist Line Managers with the preparation of weekly flash report

Responsibilities:
To handle full set of accounts and reconciliation reports for the group and its entities;

• To handle and responsible for annual statutory audit, taxation matters
