Job Responsibilities

• Facilitates the development of plans and manages daily operations for asset to ensure excellent standards are achieved and requirements are met according to agreed service levels.
• Contributes to the development of policies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Oversees a team of service providers.
• Reviews contracts' specifications to ensure cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
• Manages capital replacement works, asset enhancement initiatives, and maintenance repair/replacement whenever assigned.
• Engages with government authorities and consultants on regulatory requirements.
• Assists in preparing budgets for OPEX/CAPEX works and manages the annual maintenance/expenditure within approved budget.
• Contributes to planning building improvement strategies, proposing rectification & preventive works/programs for the building, and championing ad-hoc projects whenever required.
• Coordinates tenancy-related works, e.g., fit-out, additions & alternations, reinstatement, moving in/out.

Requirements

• Diploma holder from a recognised institution, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent. Having a degree will be advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in the management of mechanical and electrical systems, Large commercial Grade A building experience is a FULL REQUIREMENT.
• Experienced in Green Mark processes.
• Able to read and understand technical/structural drawings, e.g. as-built drawings is an absolute REQUIREMENT.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player who is able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Versatile and quick in analyzing and resolving problems within given deadlines.
• Familiar with statutory requirements on building services, facility operations, maintenance, and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall Coordination and Administration
  • Monitor and maintain the IPM/IDG inbox, ensuring that all student queries related to the IPM program are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for communication with students regarding their program milestones and academic progression.
  • Regularly communicate with students through various channels (e.g., email, phone, meetings) to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure continuous engagement.
  • Send out timely updates to students regarding important IPM/IDG-related news, announcements, and deadlines.
  • Ensure that all students experience a smooth learning journey throughout their tenure in the IPM program by proactively managing any issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students, addressing feedback and concerns promptly.
• Communication and Reporting
  • Assist in coordinating follow-up actions from committee meetings and ensuring that recommendations are effectively implemented.
  • Assist the Programme Coordinator in preparing and supporting the quarterly IPM Curriculum Committee meetings, ensuring that all relevant materials and updates are provided.
• Enrollment and Admissions
  • Manage the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to assess and select candidates for the IPM program.
  • Assist in preparing and sending offer letters to selected candidates, maintaining consistent communication with applicants throughout the admissions process.
  • Ensure seamless graduation processes by coordinating with the Registrar's Office and other relevant departments to finalize student graduation requirements and ensure all processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Diploma or degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiar with operations in the education sector.
• IT-savvy and proficient in Office 365.
• Proficient in using Learning Management and Training Management System portal is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Media and Public Relations:

· Collaborate with the Manager to develop and execute the annual media advocacy plan.

· Identify and research media outlets, producers, editors, and reporters for media outreach.

· Draft press releases and organize media events to secure media coverage.

· Facilitate media interviews and attend to media and public inquiries promptly.

Autism Advocacy and Public Education

Content Creation and Distribution:

· Develop, write, edit, and produce engaging content for various channels (website, social media, marketing collaterals).

Digital Marketing and Communications:

· Work collaboratively to manage website development and maintenance, including performance analysis.

· Handle social media platforms, responding to inquiries to engage stakeholders and increase awareness.

Brand Management:

Administration:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ESG Assistant Manager / Senior to join our Sustainability and ESG team at Baker Tilly. This role involves delivering comprehensive ESG solutions to clients, including ESG due diligence, sustainability reporting, sustainable finance advisory, and compliance with global ESG frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients in navigating the complexities of ESG integration and aligning their strategies with emerging sustainability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. ESG Advisory & Compliance

• Assist clients in developing and implementing ESG strategies aligned with their business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide guidance on ESG regulatory compliance and reporting standards, including TCFD, ISSB, GRI, SASB, and jurisdiction-specific regulations.
• Conduct ESG materiality assessments, gap analyses, and stakeholder engagement exercises.

2. ESG Due Diligence

• Lead ESG due diligence assessments for mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.

5. Sustainable Finance Advisory

• 4+ years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainable finance, or ESG due diligence, preferably in a professional services or consulting firm

• Proven expertise in ESG risk assessment, due diligence processes, and financial impact evaluation

Job Scope:

1. Perform visual testings in a private ophthalmologist clinic

- Visual acuity

- Auto refractor

- Air puff tonometry

- Fundal photography

- OCT Scans of the optic disc and macula (will be taught)

- Humphrey visual field perimetry (will be taught)

2. Main role is to assist the ophthalmologist to carry out outpatient clinic by performing basic tests for every patients and advance tests for some patients.

3. To assist in some administrative matters.

4. To cover the roles of nurses and clinic assistants on occasions when they are not available.

Responsibilities:

· Data entry and submission of various forms to relevant government agencies.
