Job Description & Requirements

1. Preparation of maintenance schedule according to clients master schedule.

2. Preparation of progress report and submission

3. Procurement of material/ parts/ components

4. Technical assessment of systems and introduction of retrofit / replacement recommendation to clients

5. On the job risk analysis and preparation of risk assessment procedure.

6. Preparation of method of statement / process for presentation to clients.

7. Perform checks and inspections of entire systems including control parameters attendance.

8. Troubleshooting of fault / breakdowns and rectification according to authorities / clients requirement.

9. Perform full set of testing complying to authorities / clients requirement.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the F&B, consumer lifestyle or hospitality industry

· Strong leadership, analytical and project management skills and is able to mentor junior members

· Good organisational and prioritisation skills and is able to multi-task under time constraints and within established deadlines

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Key Task:

• Plan and execute the creation of new menu items and marketing campaigns –

Including menu research, food tasting sessions, photoshoots, creation of marketing material and post mortem analysis

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including:

• In-store (plan and create marketing collaterals like posters, flyers, menus, inserts, etc.)

• Social Media platforms (plan content for the brand’s social media platforms)

• Digital advertising (plan content for GDAs, FB/IG posts, SEO)

Brief description of the Restaurant

La Saigon is setup in 2018 to promote the goodness of Vietnamese food and coffee to the world. Our foods are prepared daily using fresh ingredient and premium produce. Traditional Vietnamese herbs and recipes are used to bring out the original taste of Vietnamese cuisine such as Pho, Banh Mi, Bun and Spring Roll. All our coffee beans are sourced directly from the volcanic highland of Vietnam and roasted locally in Singapore. Every cup is freshly grinded and brewed before we serve to customers.

Job Descriptions

• Assist head chef with food prep tasks like chopping, peeling, and marinating.
• Help with cooking simple dishes under the supervision of our head chef.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
• Carry out kitchen inventory checks, and report shortages to the management.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Any other matters required by the head chef and management.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not necessary. Training will be provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and health and safety regulations.
• Passion for food and the hospitality industry.

Working hours

• 6days, 8hrs per day

Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing, financial reporting and full set of accounts.

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

Ensuring all accounting systems are fully compliance with company policy, audits and tax filing requirement.

Efficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Job Scope –

• Handle day-to-day admin & accounting functions(data entry and bookkeeping into the accounting system)
• Responsible for handling general affairs and officemanagement
• Assist in documentation of quotations, purchase orders,and delivery orders
• Liaise with internal employees and external partiesre garding general affairs and administrative support functions
• Manage admin duties such as data entry, email,preparing of issuing of invoices, delivery orders, etc
• Coordination of payment issues between suppliers/customers and our company
• Coordination of disputes between our requestors andsuppliers.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirement

• Possess at least ‘N’, ‘O’ level & ITE or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 1-2 years of purchasing experience in the Construction Industry
• Can work independently with initiative and minimal supervision

Duties

• Assist in the ordering of office supplies.
• Liaise & co-ordinate with office’s contractor for maintainance, servicing, repairs, etc.
• Set up & maintain proper filing system for documents. (Soft and hard copy)
• Perform clerical / administrative duties; typing, filing, data entry, prepare reports, etc.
• Maintain petty cash record.
• Maintain annual leave record.
• Preparation and issuance of invoices.
• Taking and transferring calls.
• Assisting on preparation on tender documents
• Photocopying/printing documents.
• Perform any duties assigned by Management.

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)
• Process AP, AR transactions in the accounting system promptly and accurately
• Monitor outstanding AR and manage debt recovery process
• Prepare bank reconciliation statement, financial and management reports for review by the Supervisor/ Officer in Charge
• Verify expenditure bills, financial records and reports for compliance to current procedures, guidelines and accounting practice
• Conduct briefing / training to finance appointment holders on policies, procedures and systems
• Safekeeping financial documents & safeguard financial information of the customers
• Handle customer's queries on the financial transactions & postings

1) At least a Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications
2) (e.g. CAT)
3) Minimum one year of relevant experience.
4) Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle and WORKDAY accounting system.

1) Good understanding of SB FRS.
2) Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
