Job Description:
• To generate purchase orders, update acknowledgement and D/O and monitor delivery of outstanding order.
• Issue, print out and fax purchase order from purchase requisition
• Update acknowledgement: check quantity, price and update delivery date acknowledgement.
• Request and confirm form supplier the information of where and when the shipment will arrives.
• Keep track or follow up on any Sales group urgent delivery needs.
• Monitor month end PO and stock balance.
• Conduct year-end stock take.
• Source for new quotation if new project required.
• Liaise and verify with Account department regarding invoices should problems occur.

Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level or Diploma or any field.
• Independent, fast learner with a positive attitude and able to multi-task

Job description:

This is a hybrid role, with the candidate needing to provide support to the rest of the team in the areas of Accounts, Human Resource and Business Administration.

Main Responsibilities:

Accounts Support duties:

• Assist with certain accounting and finance duties, including entry of accounts transactions, handle receivables and payables, general ledger and bank reconciliation, etc.
• Prepare certain monthly financial and other company reports for management.
• Provide support with regards to internal and external queries on company financial matters.

Human Resource duties:

• Handle basic HR functions (e.g: Monthly payroll, CPF contributions, work pass applications, applicable employee leave, ensure compliance with all relevant local employment laws and regulations, etc.

Operational & Administrative duties:

• Handle order processing, invoicing and quotations, as well as manage goods inventory using the company’s SAP system.

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore handling Human Resource and operational issues, with strong knowledge of both areas
• Tech-savvy and highly proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
• Have strong sense of own initiative, highly independent and resourceful
• Meticulous with great attention to details and monitoring skills
