The AVP, HRIS will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, and providing support for HRIS-related issues. Responsibilities

• Provide HRIS project team the support to collaborate with other HR practitioners, to identify and implement process improvements using the HRIS system.
• Manage and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and security.
• Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related system or process issues.
• Develop and deliver training materials to HR staff on HRIS system usage.
