In this role you will:

A. Sales Support:

· Reporting to Sales Manager.

· Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with manning agents for selection of crew and officers
• Perform verification of crew qualifications and experience
• Conduct briefings for Masters / Chief Engineers before joining vessel.
• Manage daily operations of crewing department
• Plan and implement crew schedule, rotation and documentation
• Interact with crew for all welfare issues
• Arrange hotel and accommodation for crew
• Ensure internal records and company systems are updated.
• Attend to all ship staff queries related to human resource issues
• Manage and update crew certificates and personal details
• Ensure that vessels are meeting the MLC requirements

Requirements

• Min Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2 years of crewing experience
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Good command of English and able to manage crew from various nationalities

· Ensure PO, DO & Invoice tally, generate report and keep to file

· Verify receipt of Purchase Requisition from requestor;

· Register new vendor into Qualified Vendor List;

· Issuance of Purchase Order (PO) to vendor;

· Monitor and/or chase for overdue delivery;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Min. NITEC in Office Administration or relevant qualification;

· Min 2 – 3 years experiences in accounting, purchasing and/or office administration;

· Some experience in inventory management is an added advantage;

· Pleasant personality, great team player but also independent;

• To liaise with Regional Countries on monthly financial reporting
