Working hours:

• Clinic operating hours: Tues-Sat 10am-8pm. Closed on public holidays.

1. Hardware Support:Manage and maintain CPU, laptops, printers, and door access systems.

   Administer user access permissions and security settings.
   Assist employees with user account issues and password resets.
   
4. Vendor Management:Work closely with vendors for internal application management.
   Engage in discussions with vendors regarding new requirements, costing, and implementation plans.
   Collaborate with vendors to resolve any issues or system enhancements.
   
5. Software Support:Provide first-level support for various software applications, including SAP Business One, Enterpryze, Office 365 applications, and HR applications.
   Address user queries and technical issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams for resolution.
   Stay updated on software updates and new releases to ensure smooth operations.
   
6. Software Deployment:Utilize your knowledge and experience to implement and deploy software, particularly ERP and operations-based applications.
   Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful software deployment and user training.
   
7. Phone and Communication Systems:Manage and monitor all internal phone lines and communication systems used by employees.
   Coordinate with service providers to ensure reliable phone and communication services.
   
8. IT Infrastructure and Internal Control:Oversee the Internet, firewall, Wi-Fi, and door access systems in the office.
   Maintain internal controls in the IT area to ensure data security and compliance.
   
9. Solution Proposals and Asset Management:Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and propose new solutions as needed.
   Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support and operations, with knowledge of hardware and software systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory migration and management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
• Experience in vendor management and collaboration.
• Proficiency in supporting software applications such as SAP Business One, Enterpryze, Office 365 applications, and HR applications.
