Responsibilities:

• Work in a team to maintain the mechanical or electrical installation and equipment.
• Assist in the installation, operation and maintenance of Company's plant machinery, building and associated facilities.
• Carries out inspection and servicing of the Company's mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, air-conditioning units, machinery and equipment.
• Attend to request / complaints from users and carries out minor repairs.
• Liaise and attend to outside contractors during major repairs or installation works and provides assistance as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with some relevant experience in building, facilities and M&E services maintenance.
• Able to work on weekend/Public Holiday or perform 12 hrs rotating (Day/ Night) shift when required.

Shift Type / Work Hours

Normal Shift (5 days work week)

7.50am to 4.55pm
