Duties

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily POS, Catering and 3rd Party Delivery sales
• Perform checks and handle reconciliation on all payment modes across different platforms
• Preparation and sending out daily Sales Report to management
• Maintain AR aging report and follow up on outstanding
• Maintain GL schedule for AR
• Maintain accurate recording of sales in the accounting system
• Prepare Outlet Sales declaration reports (GTO) to landlords as per Tenancy Agreement

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 - 2 years of relevant Accounting experience in charge of Receivables or General Accounting
• Proficient in MS Office applications (including Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Possess minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or CAT/LCCI
