You will assist in the monthly financial close process and quarterly reporting, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will support the annual external and internal audit processes, including publishing financial statements and timely, accurate XBRL and corporate tax filings. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditures, forecasting revenue, and developing templates for managing the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast. You will also partner with business units in strategic planning and analysis discussions, providing insights on the financial impact of business decisions in accordance with IFRS, and collaborate with the corporate development team to evaluate the accounting impact of new acquisitions or corporate activities. skills and experience required
You should ideally have a degree or equivalent in Finance and/or Accounting with at least 5 years of handson experience in full sets of accounts and group consolidation. You MUST have experience in the Yardi system. You should be comfortable working in a lean finance team. There will be a new subsidiary set up in Johor Bahru and you will be doing their books. Office is in the West of Singapore, 5 days work in office.

• Strong understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and relevant regulations.
• High degree of professionalism with excellent communication skills, integrity, and sound decision-making abilities.
• Exposure to the investment and financial industry is an advantage.
