Requirements

• Diploma or above in any field
• More than two years of working or relevant experience, preferably in F&B industry.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
• Good time management and meticulous
• Team player with good communication skills
• Meticulous, organized and good attention to details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Maintain and handle various matters of the company and related departments and related parties Schedules departmental meetings, takes and distributes minutes, and arranges/attends sub-committee meetings as required.
