Your responsibilities will include overseeing the collation and consolidation of monthly financials in Group Finance and maintaining the SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) Business Planning and Consolidation Financial Consolidation System. You'll liaise with Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH) on Group Organisation Structure and Chart of Account matters, including creation of master General Ledger (GL) accounts, Trading Partners and Cost Centres.

As the user system administrator of the Billing and Allocation system (BAM), you maintain the master data to support our central employment platform. Your expertise will be valuable in assisting with the migration of the BAM system to S/4HANA RISE, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and liaising with various stakeholders such as Synapxe, vendors and institution leads.

You'll have the opportunity to participate in the implementation of the S/4HANA Financial Management and Manufacturing (FIMM) project, including requirements gathering, UAT and liaising with Institution Finance for feedback. We'll also look to you to conduct reviews on accounting policies, initiate and drive continuous process improvements, internal controls and system enhancements.

Additionally, you'll take on the important role of secretariat for our monthly Finance Workgroup Meeting, helping to keep our team informed and aligned.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment and manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
• Team player with the ability to work independently and handle tight deadlines
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage

Purpose:

It includes coordinating shipments, verifying documentation accuracy and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless global transit in transshipment hub.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the transshipment process by scheduling and arranging the movement of goods between different locations.
• Communicate with Global offices and carriers to coordinate schedules, resolve any issues, and ensure timely shipment transit.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify compliance with shipping specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with all safety regulations, security protocols, and company policies governing the handling and transportation of hazardous cargo.
• Monitor and track shipments in transit to ensure best efficiency, and minimize handling errors.
• Address any delays or discrepancies that may arise during the transshipment process.
• Assist in resolving inquiries related to transshipment activities, providing timely updates and solutions as needed.
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments / projects when required.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidates who possess at least Higher NITEC or Diploma in Maritime Studies / Shipping-related disciplines are preferred.
2. Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar role at shipping agency will have an added advantage.
3. Candidates with knowledge in Portnet/ Tradenet, MS Office such as Excel and Word applications will be preferred.
4. A team player who can work under fast paced environment with good communication skills.
5. Graduates without prior experience in the Shipping industry are welcome to apply.

· Attend technical clarifications meeting and/or presentations with customers

· Perform Wake frequency calculations (WFC) calculation including Thermowell design recommendation

· Create and issue Wake frequency calculations (WFC) certificate per Sales request

· Provide technical advice to internal staff and customers

· Perform design, prepare technical drawings and documentation as per customer’s requirement

· Provide technical support and/or propose alternative technical solutions to meet customer’s requirement

· Plan and establishes work schedules and gives direction to technical support engineers

· Provide advice to problem resolution

· Liaise with sales team for customers’ technical requirements and demands

· Provide technical advice to internal staff and customers

· Other technical or company process related activities that the manager would require

· Liaise with HQ person in-charge of explosion proof (ATEX, IECEx, FM Approval,) certification in case of changes to the design and technical documentation.

Candidates must be:

• 2D AutoCAD
• Experience Industrial Piping
• Instrumentation Background
• Comfortable to communicate with subsidiary in India and also Indian Drafter.
