• Maintain Confidentiality: Handle all materials and information with the utmost professionalism and strict confidentiality.
• Internal Reporting: Collect and collate information from internal sources for reporting on invoicing and collection status.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a project assistant or similar administrative role is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time-management abilities and the capability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools, with a willingness to learn new software and systems
• Flexible team player who is adaptable and willing to do what it takes to get the job done
  

• Perform full spectrum of accounts receivable
• Responsible for timely and accurate billing of invoices, debit/credit note, etc.

• Diploma in Accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP,AR, GL, FA & Petty Cash)
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year end closing of accounts
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultant on audit and tax matters
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI Higher Accounting or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts in a logistics & warehousing industry
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills.
