Accounts and Admin Executive Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Input accounting data into our systems
• Maintain accurate supplier master data, process supplier invoices and payments, and accounts payable reconciliation
• Perform basic accounting duties on AR and AP
• Prepare monthly management report
• Manage and maintain the filing of documents, correspondence, and contracts
• Assist GM in quarterly GST reporting
• Support internal and external audits for ISO 9001 and any other certifications
• Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents, and Company Secretary
• Application and submission for government grants/subsidies
• Liaise with Insurance Agent on the renewal of policies
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers
• Provide support to the office as necessary in accounting and administrative tasks

A Successful Candidate should:

• Have at least a Diploma (does not have to be accounting related)
• Be proficient in MS Excel
• Have a strong sense of initiative and be able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Be able to both work independently and in a team
• Communicate effectively with both external and internal parties.
• Be able to multitask and prioritise daily workload

• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to handle queries and to provide recommendations to English and Mandarin speaking clients and counterparts)
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent computer skills on MS Office
• Ability to multi-task
