Job Requirements :

· Bachelor’s degrees in accounting with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and HR function

· Strong in organisational skills, with and eye of detail and accuracy

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

· Strong in communication skill, both verbal and written in English and Chinese

· Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel

· People-focused, with proactive and team-oriented mindset

Job Description

1) HR matters: payroll, interviews, application of job passes, etc.

2) Accounts- preparing of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports

3) To flag out any discrepancies to Management

4) Quarterly and yearly Inventory and stock take

5) Stock ordering

6) Weekly reporting to Management

7) Other ad hoc admin matters such as tenancy matters, license applications, etc.

• Manage trade finance transactions
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and accurate records
• Liaise closely with overseas production facilities
• Assist in preparing export/import documentation
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including analysis and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations, tax requirements, and company policies

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of Singapore tax, and customs regulations, including GST filing
• Proficiency in Mandarin as the role is required to liaise with stakeholders in China on a regular basis and handle relevant documents
• Proficiency in SAGE 300 accounting system
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Open to travel
