Job Descriptions:

• Prepare monthly financial statements/reports for the company and associated entities.
• Conduct bank reconciliation and reconcile all financial accounts, including daily trading reconciliations for the exchange platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire range of Accounts Receivable (AR) responsibilities.
• Guarantee precise and prompt processing of Goods Return Note.
• Coordinate local cheque bank deposits and daily update of incoming funds in the NAV system to ensure the timely update of customer accounts.
• Monitor and follow up with customers regarding overdue accounts, and facilitate debt collection when necessary.
• Reconcile Customer Collection with Bank Ledger and take charge of monitoring monthly/weekly Debtors aging.
