• Diploma in Accounting / Bachelor of Degree in Accounting vith minimum 2 years of related experience
• Experience for keeping accounts for the education sector will be advantageous
• Hands-on handling AR and AP functions
• Hands-on handling online banking payments and ensure SOP compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications; Knowledge of ACCPAC advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Invoicing , payment processing and bank reconcilation
• Update details in SAP
• Prepare and process documents matching, payment, expenses reports and other financial documents
• Support Accountant in month end closing activities, prepare journal entries and financial reports
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and provide support during audits
• Support in other general administrative duties
