Job Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day accounting duties, general administrative tasks like filing, keeping records and assuring accurate documents filing.
• Preferably to be able to handle full sets of accounts such as accounts receivables, accounts payables and general ledger functions.
• Liaise with banks on payment and receipts matters.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation to ensure company book balance tallies with bank statement.
• Assist in month end closing and prepare audit schedules for balance sheet Accounts.
• Work with auditor, tax agent and corporate secretary for regular compliances.
• Assist in preparation of monthly Management Report
• Assist Shipping Department with Import / Export Documentations, Purchase Orders / Delivery Orders and Sales Contracts Issuance.
• Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Bookkeeping.
• Data Compilation.
• Provide full support and coordination between Accounts and Shipping Departments.
• Responsible for all other Admin and Ad Hoc Duties when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial planning and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and analyzing variances.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, explaining key findings and making strategic recommendations.
• Assist in developing long-term financial models and business plans to support growth objectives.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven suggestions for improvement.
• Continuously identify cost-saving and revenue-enhancing opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for board meetings and investor relations.
• Collaborate with accounting and other finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in FP&A to drive process improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years of related experience
