• Handle and support financial and management reporting functions of designated companies
• Responsible for the preparation, consolidation and analysis of financial and management reports, forecasts and annual budgets
• Must provide maintenance of proper accounting records, payment control, ensuring GST compliance
• Other ad-hoc work duties

Requirements:

• Minimum recognised Accountancy Degree
• Candidate who has previous accounting experiences in the Big Four will be preferred
• Equivalent professional qualification with 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Handles full sets of Accounts
• Experience in using XERO or SAP
• Knowledge of Computerised Accounting systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)

Responsibilities:

• Perform full set of accounting transactions including checking invoices, data entry and posting.
• Prepare Suppliers payment.
• Investigate & solving invoices dispute.
• Handling Petty Cash claims
• Assist in Warehouse stock take reconciliation and create new items card in inventory.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in accounting with at least 1 - 3 years of relevant accounting experience

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling full set of accounts, including (AP / AR / GL) & ensure timely preparation/review of monthly accounts and financial statements.
• Handle audit & tax queries and provide information as required by external auditors.
• Preparation of schedules for all Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) items.
• Monthly closing, Bank reconciliation, and etc.
• Assist in all financial related matters and any ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

· Min. Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting with 2-3 years of relevant work experiences· Familiar with Singapore Accounting Standards and reporting requirements.

· Knowledge of accounting software, especially in JDE system is an advantage.
