• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Maintain proper filing of all documents
• Stock take, inventory spreadsheet
• Cashflow management
• Assist to search / collate document / information as and when required

Key Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Experience in a computerized (Autocount) accounting environment is preferred otherwise training is provided
• Good communication skills and being a team player
• Good working attitude and willingness to learn
• Meticulous, reliable, and independent
• Must be able to converse in both English and Mandarin. (to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking associates)
• Ability to deliver under tight schedules

Job Description:

• Handle Full set of Accounts both payables and receivables
• Bank reconciliation, financial reports, quarterly GST, CPF Submission, invoicing, payroll
• Have hands-on experience in MYOB accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel
• Timely preparation and closing of accounts
• The daily activities of an accounting payable and receivable and all other accounts-related duties

Job Requirements:

• Atleast 2 years of working experience in Accounting
• Minimum of Diploma in Finance/Accounting/ Banking or equivalent
• Proficiency in MYOB accounting software
• Open-minded and strong team player

We are a growing project company looking for a candidate to grow with us. This person will handle full set of accounts and office admin work.

Accounts:

• Issue Sales Order and Sales Invoice
• Prepare Account Payable and Account Receivable Statement
• Cash Flow Statement
• Bank Reconciliation
• GST Submission

Admin:

• General Office Admin
• Assist project team to coordinate with vendors

Salary range: S$2,800 to S$4,000
