The Job

• Review and Process Loan Applications under Hire Purchase, Credit Loans and other loan products which involves meticulously reviewing loan applications, verifying information provided by applicants, and assessing their creditworthiness.

About The Role

This position is part of the Student Services (SS) department within Office of Academic Services (AS) serving as the first point of contact for students and alumni and enhancing the overall student services of the University. SS manages the SS hotline, counter, written correspondences,and administration of Electronic Course Evaluation (eCE) surveys to foster a student centric service environment.
The candidate will support SS day-to-day operations, manage the SS Quality and Training related initiatives, assist with survey administration, and contribute towards the overall enhancement of SS service ecosystem.

What You Will Be Doing

Operations (30%)

• Monitor and supervise day-to-day student services operations, manage students’ enquiries, requests, and feedback across all touch pointsthat are received through channels such as phone, email, and walk-in.
• Manage a team of 2-3 officers and/or senior officers, providing guidance to team members on handling student feedback, especially forchallenging and complex situations.

Job Requirements

The Student Services (SS) Department would like to invite individuals who has a passion for Customer Service to apply for this role. • Prepare various main building contracts, piling contracts and nominated sub-contracts for tender and contract formalization 
• Measure and take off quantities for architectural and structural work elements

Primary Responsibilities

Manages Administration and General

• Ensures Rooms Division’s smooth daily operation by performing all tasks in adherence with the code of ethics as issued by Raffles Singapore.
