1. Monitor and assist to maintain office equipment and assist to control and stock take of office inventory update Finance officer to ensure when stock is low.

2. Issue lockers and keys to staff. Keep proper records of keys and lockers issued.

3. Assist to schedule appointments when required.

4. Prepare correspondence and documents eg Filing and typing, prepare certificates for school events, arrange for collection of testimonials etc by graduated students etc etc.

5. Keep proper record in soft copy the title of letters issued out by school and ensure that a copy of the letters is filed.

6. Assist in sorting out of uniforms donated items.

7. Shredding of information.

8. Assist in checking the completeness of FAS documents submitted by the parents.

1. Assist in attending to sick students and updating parents, teachers and with presence of mind to alert AM/AE/SL/HODs if he/she deems the condition is serious. Officer may be sent for first aid training.
