Job Description

• Reply sales inquiries & process orders. (there's no need to source for sales.)
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers on the accounts that were assigned.
• To handle telephone calls, emails, supports visitors,schedules meetings
• Provide product information and pricing to customers, and answer their questions and concerns.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
• Close sales and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Checking and verifying completeness of invoices/supporting documents received from creditors/customers’ security deposit (“SD”) refunds
• Entering of creditor invoices/SD refunds into Accounting System
• Processing of approved creditor invoices/SD refunds for payment
• Preparation of payments in bank portal
• Handling enquiries from creditors/customers on outstanding payments
• Liaise with operation/other departments on invoice matters
• Assist in performing bank reconciliation/draft audited financial statements
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

1. Roles and Responsibilities:

· Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

· Prepare monthly full set of accounts.

· Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and schedules.

· Record and reconcile cash balance and cash on hand on daily basis.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and disclosures.

· Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities/transfer

· Reconcile intercompany balances and resolve any discrepancies.

· Process staff claims and reimbursements.

· Maintain an updated record of bank signatories, vendor counterparty details, supplier information.

· Prepare GST quarterly submission.

· Support in the preparation of group and statutory financial statements.

· Support in the annual budget process.

· Support external audit.

· Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/CIT/WHT), audits, procedures and forms both statutory.

· Support Finance improvement projects: eg system implementation on a need basis.

2. Requirements:

· Candidate must possess either a Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI Higher qualifications or equivalent.

· At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Knowledge Microsoft Dynamics accounting system and Cognos would be an advantage.

· Meticulous and able to work independently and efficiently.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player

Education Requirements

At Least 3 GCE 'N' Level passes or equivalent, with a pass in English Language

Able to work using MS Words and MS Excel

Job Descriptions

Assist the Centre Principal and Director in the following areas:

Account Matters:

1. Verification and follow up with parents on the month fees collection and other adhoc incidental fees/charges such as insurance, mattresses, field trips etc.

2. Verification, consolidation of petty cash claim by staff.

3. Verification of invoices and create payment in company's OCBC/DBS accounts.

4. Other adhoc account matters

Admin Matters:

1. Manage enrolment of children in the ECDA CMS

2. Communication with parents via Little Lives

3. Other enrolment matters and following up with parents

4. To answer to phone calls and enquiries during the absence of the Principal

5. Assist Principal in the filing of documents

6. Check and verify students enrolment details, fees deposits, payments and follow up with parents if necessary

7. Assist Principal to consolidate documents for periodic audits.

8. Other Adhoc admin matters, such as creation of inventory of teaching resources, etc as required by the Principal

A Day in the Life:

• support business units with market intelligence and research for potential biz leads, competition and market opportunities
• Data-mine key client contacts of business units and maintain data currency
• Generate guided marketing communications materials for circulation to clients as part of company consistent marcom interaction with clients
• Thru the above, act as the first point of contact for potential business leads and enquiries
• Update and refresh company’s marketing credentials and communication materials on a regular basis

Who We Are Looking For:

• At least a Diploma in Event Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years project management experience in events
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare method statements, safe work procedures, risk register, daily/weekly reports, tunnel progress reports, and other tunnel related documentation.
• Maintain and monitor quality control and records.
• Prepare and carry out presentation of tunnelling works prior to commencement ofworks.
• Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of site works, ground improvement,
• ERSS, deep excavation, bored tunnelling works, tunnel internal structure construction and Adit/Cross Passage construction.
• Supervision work on a TBM machine controlling the tunnel labour in excavation and ring build
• Maintain site records of excavated volumes, grouting records and other construction work.
• Plan and monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment
• Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance
• Coordinate various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work
• processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
• Liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors.
• Familiar with TBM machine operational procedures and able to control and supervise the TBM machine operation team during tunnelling works execution.
• Familiar with LTA MRT project tunnelling works requirements and specifications.

Requirements:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 15 years of experience in tunnelling works supervision and executionand at least 10 years of relevant experience in large diameter (more than 10m) TBM machine.
• Willing to work outdoors and at the site
• Good communication skills
• Candidates with LTA _ MRT projects experience will be at an advantage
