You provide content development, project management and administrative support for TCW’s youth programmes – which drive real impact on the delivery and shape digital literacy projects & programmes and bridge the digital divide in disadvantaged communities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and execute cyber wellness programmes
• Design and develop cyber wellness curriculum/activities
• Utilise tech-based tools for learning and engagement for target audience
• Keep abreast with latest social media/ cyber wellness trends to customise or modify programmes to suit the needs of schools/ stakeholders
• Establish, coordinate and work effectively with schools and stakeholders for programme development
• Make necessary recommendations/measures to meet the programme budgets
• Responsible for managing programme finances and administrative work
• Drive marketing and publicity of programmes for assigned portfolio

Other Responsibilities:

• Public Education outreach and projects
• Engagement with external stakeholders and partners to bring cyber wellness messaging and education to the various target audience

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a passion for teaching
• Basic to intermediate classroom management skill and group facilitation skill.
• Proficient with video conferencing applications and technology-based learning platforms
• Experience in working with youths effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will provide essential support to/under the supervision of/taking instructions from the Finance Manager and Human Resource Manager. The role involves bank reconciliations, payment processing, and managing office logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mainly but not limited to:

Finance

• Preparation of bank reconciliation
• Updating of cashbook
• Liaise/follow-up on outstanding accounts and prepare statement as and when needed
• Assist in reconciliation of statement (AP & AR)
• Liaise internally for internal error and omission
• Prepare payment vouchers and process payments
• Prepare receipt vouchers and reconcile with remittances
• Liaise with bank to provide documents as and when required
• Liaise with external auditor
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing

Admin

• Maintain and replenish of office stationery
• Handle requests for meeting room bookings
• Manage and facilitate the ordering of corporate gifts
• Assist in putting up requests for courier packing materials
• Coordinate the requisition and distribution of corporate stationery
• Supports in organising of company events and activities
• Assist in generating of reports
• Any other administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum LCCI/CAT/Diploma/Relevant certification in accounting
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a corporate setting
